The measure of value of any meeting is in the action that the attendees take after the meeting
by Homer K Lambie
During Conference 2002 Jim Fowler presented a whole new safety paradigm.
Jim Solomon gave us a format for how we could implement it.
Other speakers challenged us in many specific areas of where we should go with it.
Homer K Lambie was not very known in safety outside of his own company. He was Director of Corporate Safety for Kaiser Aluminum. He retired in 1976 and lives in El Cerrito, California. We hope to publish some more of his thoughts in the near future.
The real work of a conference or safety meeting occurs afterwards.
